Yes, every recommendation that we make contains reference links to scientific articles that explain the recommendations and links to further studies that specifically support that recommendation.

Firstly, most other DNA companies that provide reports, only provide one report, or very few. We believe that, if you have health issues, you want detailed information about every aspect of your health, which is why we provide 25 detailed reports.

Secondly, most other DNA companies will only provide a risk score, not recommendations. The few that do make them, only provide a few recommendations in total.

Our collection of Health Reports will contain over 200 recommendations, based on your unique genetic profile.

You will have different recommendations for each of your specific issues, and these will be prioritized based on the estimated level of impact for your unique genetic profile, and weighted by level of scientific support.

Yes, absolutely. Before releasing each new report, our research and development team tests out many different genetic models. Then we pick the best-performing one before offering it to you.

We are continually updating the content of the reports as new science becomes available, and we will update your reports free of charge every time.

Of course, this will not be applied to a report you have already downloaded, but you can go into your membership dashboard at any time and download the most up to date version of every report.

If you already have access to your Genetic data from another company, then the process is very quick and simple!

Once you sign up for the Health Reports, you’ll get an email with everything you need to login to your membership area, where you’ll be prompted to upload your raw genetic data. This is usually just a few clicks away in whatever service you used, such as 23andme or ancestry.com.

Once you upload your data, our AI algorithm will start processing it. Because the amount of computations is so vast, this is not instantaneous, but within a few hours at most, you’ll be able to access and download all your Health reports within your Membership Area.

If you don’t have access to your Raw DNA data from another service, the process is still simple, but it takes a little longer!

You will receive a DNA test kit in the post in 1-2 weeks, depending on where you are in the world. This is really simple, all you do is add some saliva to the tube we provide, seal it, send it off in the prepaid envelope we provide.

It usually takes about 6-8 weeks for results after we receive your sample in our lab. You will receive an email from us once your results are available.

You can figure out the date we received your sample by checking the tracking number of your return package on the courier's website, although we will also send an email to confirm we’ve received it.

Once your DNA results come in, you will get a notification, and your results will automatically be added to your membership area, and our AI algorithm will start processing it. Within a few hours at most, you’ll be able to access and download all your Health reports within your Membership Area.
